About Me
In 2017, while living abroad in the Czech Republic, I experienced a life-changing shift that altered my trajectory and grounded me in my authentic purpose. I had been following a limiting narrative that was robbing me of my true potential. This shift has allowed me to be clear on my values, trust in my choices, and embrace the evolution of my path through mindfulness and meditation.
Within the first 3 months of self-discovery through these practices, I became clearer on what I wanted and could see what having immediate surety and trust could have on my intuition to notice the right opportunities.
What this did was it gave me proof or a foundation for further growth of what happens when I tune in, trust, and allow myself to fully have what I deserve.
Empowered with this knowledge, I have been able to repeat this process again and again, and create a framework that I have used to help others do the same.

In 2018, I went through formal education and became an internationally certified yoga and meditation teacher through Yoga Alliance and continued my meditation studies further in 2021.
Developing a deeper relationship with oneself can impact anyone’s life. But what I am really passionate about is helping professionals learn this way.
Having also spent these years abroad working for a tech startup, I am acutely aware of the pressures the professional world can have on us to perform. Especially, in environments with little time available to build the foundation for us to succeed in a healthy fashion. I am particularly interested in helping carve out awareness and compassion for us, the leaders of tomorrow, to not only approach our careers with more ease and joy, but with more empathy.
