I’m Jessica, a Canadian-based meditation and mindfulness teacher. With certified yoga and meditation trainings from around the world, I share my knowledge and help individuals connect with their inner selves through virtual and in-person meditation sessions and one-on-one mentorships.

Having also spent years abroad working in the tech world, I am specifically passionate about and attuned to the pressures the professional world can have on us. Using the main principle of meditation to build awareness and compassion, I mentor my clients to show them how they can use meditation to build space to become clear on their goals, relate to their environment more easily, and be resilient against obstacles both in the workplace and in their relationships.

I believe when we open up to ourselves and the world of unknowns, endless possibilities are available to us. And, I'm excited to share this way with you!
