Terms Of Service

Meditation Sessions & Events

It is my effort to try and make each meditation session unique to you, being mindful of your needs and preferences. Therefore upon booking the session, you will also be prompted with an intake form that will help me curate a mediation for you. It should only take a few minutes and also provides space for you to add anything additional that you would like me to know.

For larger group events, a discussion may be had or a form may be sent via email beforehand for the same purposes.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that things come up and I will try my best to accommodate and rebook, however below are my policies.

Confidentiality:

During mediation, different emotions or feelings may come up. These are normal reactions. It is completely up to the client’s discretion to share or not share anything that comes up in a session. It is not my role to ask any specific questions beyond, generally asking how the session was. If you do feel the desire to share something it is confidential.

BE ADVISED: the meditator-client relationship is not a relationship protected by legal confidentiality (like doctor-patient or attorney-client). As such, I could be required to divulge otherwise confidential information to authorities.

1:1 Mindfulness Mentorships

All mentorship opportunities will begin with a free discovery call between you and me to ensure a chemistry fit. On this call, we will discuss what you are looking to achieve and the details of the terms of service to make sure I am the right mentor for you.

Upon agreeing to enter into a mentorship relationship, I will provide a one-on-one contract agreement that lists the full details of the terms of service for you to review and sign.

By providing a free discovery call and an agreement to read, I provide ample time and opportunity for you to reflect on the journey ahead and to decide if you are truly ready. By signing the contract and making the payment, you are committing fully to the process and the investment made.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that things come up and I will try my best to accommodate and rebook, however below are my policies.

Individual mentoring sessions - I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or rebook an individual session. You have one opportunity per week to rebook. If you attempt to rebook a single session more than once in one week, that session will be forfeited and it will automatically be deducted from the total number of sessions paid for.

Refund Policy:

No refunds shall be made for services purchased. Upon signing the agreement and paying for services, you are committing to the financial investment.

Confidentiality:

A mentorship relationship requires a certain level of openness and honesty. With this in mind, it is a relationship built on mutual trust and respect. I uphold that by making every session confidential.

BE ADVISED: the mentor-client relationship is not a relationship protected by legal confidentiality (like doctor-patient or attorney-client). As such, I could be required to divulge otherwise confidential information to authorities.
